My name is Eugene Kim.
I've been building software since 2015 across government, healthcare, retail, and GRC — from enterprise data engineering that streamlined OSINT workflows to natural language search for medical providers. I've also worked with startups of all sizes, helping scale MVPs into their next stage of growth.
This is my blog, written entirely through git commits, because I live for code and this is the most natural way for me to actually sit down and write.

AI regulatory analyst that summarizes dockets, analyzes public comments, and answers questions about regulations.gov filings. Built on the spicy-regs platform and the Regulations.gov API.
KVEC Mobile Triage
Offline-first mobile triage app that generates patient care reports and runs basic image analysis for skin, wound, medication, and ECG readings. Powered by Google's MedGemma model for medical-grade inference.
